    Please note our Furniture is Curbside delivery only, means that the shipper will bring the package to your address, pull the truck up to the front of your house, load the pallet(s) onto the lift gate on the back of the truck, lower the lift, and push the pallet(s) onto the path or driveway in front of your house.

    If there is not an incline or stairs leading to your house, they may wheel the pallet(s) to your door if the driver can facilitate this. 

    The nature of Bulky deliveries means they are too heavy for one delivery person to haul up an incline or upstairs, and it will be your responsibility to bring the item inside. It is also your responsibility to unpack the item, completing any necessary assembly, and disposing of the pallet.

    If You Change Your Mind

    We will willingly refund or offer an exchange on any unused product returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with manuals, accessories, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase (receipt and/or dispatch note).

    Please note that if your item is not returned in its original packaging or received in the same condition as when it was sent out, a fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee is intended to cover the cost of repacking the item. Alternatively, the item may be returned to you if it is not in saleable condition.
    Please note on in-store purchases we only offer exchange or store credit.

    Returns of orders through An Post are facilitated through We are listed on their website. Please ensure you enclose your details, including your order confirmation. Without these details your return/refund cannot be processed. 
    An Post can arrange a collection from your door. Please contact them directly as they have a simple and easy process for returns. Please note, furniture and oversized items cannot be returned by An Post. For change of mind returns on these products, you must organize your own method of return.

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please send photographs of the order, as well as a copy of your receipt, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order. The item must be returned with all packing materials, manuals and accessories intact.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items

    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as flowers, or plants). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    European Union 14 day cooling-off period

    Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    Return a Large Bulky Item 

    For the purposes of this returns policy, a “large bulky item” means any item that is over 25 kg. However, some items may be classed as large or bulky items even if they weigh less than 25 kg due to the product dimensions, e.g. garden furniture sets, barbecues, gazebos, etc. The following applies should you wish to return a large item:

    If you are unhappy with your large item, you may return it to us within 14 days of the date of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, with all packaging materials, manuals and accessories intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you for our reasonable cost if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements. You are responsible to pay the cost of returning the goods and must ensure that it is returned in protective packaging. Please email if you wish to return a large item.
