When you place an order on our website and choose click and collect at checkout, you will get an email notifying your order is being processed. We try to be as fast as possible and will endeavour to contact you within 2 working hours to tell you when the item will be ready for collection. Please do not visit the shop until you have received a confirmation email or call to let you know the item is ready for collection. 

Please bring proof of ID and a printed copy of your order or a copy on your device so our staff can double check your order details at the counter to finalise your collection.
